30th OSA International Convention

Dear All,

On behalf of the OSA Administrative Committee and the OSA Office, I would like to thank all the Old Scholars who joined us on July 6 & 7 from all around the world, to celebrate the 30th OSA International Convention in Brummana.

It was really heartwarming seeing so many familiar and new faces this year!

I am proud to say that this year’s Convention was a successful event by all measures.
We kicked off the Convention on Saturday morning with the General Assembly at the BHS Meeting House which welcomed around 170 Old Scholars and their friends and boasted some very impressive speakers.
This was followed by a seated dinner at Al Bustan where Old Scholars mingled and enjoyed a night of great food and entertainment.

On Sunday July 7, Old Scholars of all ages met at BHS for a fun day of sports activities including basketball, football, table tennis, backgammon and swimming. We were happy to see children and grandchildren of Old Scholars participating in the activities!
After the distribution of the medals, we all headed up to the school cafeteria where we enjoyed a delicious lunch of our favorite childhood dishes.
