Invitation to the General Assembly of the Old Scholars Association of Brummana High School (OSA)

Dear members of the Old Scholars Association of Brummana High School,

Greetings,

The OSA Administrative Committee invites you to attend the OSA General Assembly on May 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Association’s headquarters in Brummana.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1- Election of a new Administrative Committee for the Association. Please note that members of the General Assembly must pay their membership fees for 2025 in order to participate in the meeting, and this payment must be made at least one week prior to the meeting date. Those interested in running for election must submit their candidacies at least one week before the meeting date, according to the internal bylaws, to the Association’s headquarters. Any member who has paid their membership fees can authorize another member to vote on their behalf by signing a proxy form that can be requested from the OSA office.

2- Various matters.

We look forward to your attendance and participation for the benefit of the Association. Please note that the first session, which requires the attendance of a majority of the Association’s members, will begin at 5:00 PM on May 30, 2025, and will last for one hour. The second session will follow immediately after, with those present on the same date.
